The changes in the economy of the Russian Federation which have occurred since 2021 affect the country's labor market. Many government contractors in new conditions have become more attractive and offer better incomes to employees. The latter creates incentives for the redistribution of employees between different types of economic activity. The article presents and analyzes the changes in the sectoral structure of employment in Russia that occurred since 2021, in the economy as well as in large and medium-sized enterprises.
