Abstract:
The current stage of transformation within the social and labor sphere is characterized by flexible and unstable forms of employment, by changes in conditions, intensity and quality of work. One of the consequences of these processes is the erosion of professional identity and the loss of professional competencies by workers. Based on a retrospective analysis, the article highlights the stages of deprofessionalization of labor resources in Russia and its negative effects. The article emphasizes the need for additional balancing of the labor market, increasing the status and prestige of qualified specialists. In this regard, it is proposed to improve the institutions of worker solidarity, integrate independent trade unions into decision-making processes on formation, professional development and rational use of the labor force.lob
