Abstract:

The advances in digital technology have accelerated the development and implementation of new population monitoring systems. Scoring systems are already in place in the banking sector. The digital profile system for individuals and legal entities has been launched in Russia. How it will be used depends on those who make decisions and those who operate the system. However, an individual remains the main carrier of personalized information.
